“I started modeling in [the past, but] quit for awhile because of the leather
shoes and the idea of supporting negative foundations. I am truly grateful that
[Models with Conscience] exists. [Otherwise] I would have considered quitting
modeling altogether. I am a vegan (complete vegetarian), opposed to vivisection
and the use of animals for any abusive aim. What is most important to me is being
healthy and, after making the change in myself, I have decided to use whatever
I have left from my basic survival to support saving animals. I would love to
model for any cruelty-free products in order to support a better world based on
compassion and caring.” Joey is an accomplished model and a dedicated animal
rights activist. He is opening his own animal shelter based on compassion and
